Las Catalinas Residence Lot 86
Description: Residential construction in progress. This week’s work included the entry of an excavator and its transport using wooden planks for infrastructure protection. Vegetation clearing began, cut limits were defined, and earthmoving with dump trucks commenced.

Las Catalinas Residence Lot 55
Description: Residential construction in progress. This week, steel reinforcement and formwork were installed on the terrace beam, columns were formed and poured, masonry blocks were placed, and the floor beam was installed.

Reserva Conchal Hall
Description: Commercial and infrastructure project under construction. This week’s work included canalization and installation of stormwater system access boxes, plumbing in bathroom walls, electrical conduit installation for outlets and lighting, internal wall framing, and exterior wall cladding and plastering.

Playa Grande Project
Description: Residential construction in progress. During workweek #12, steel columns were installed for Durock wall support, blocks were placed on the first-floor wall, and conduit for outlets and lighting was completed. Progress was also made in pouring concrete columns, installing electrical boxes on the first floor, assembling reinforcement, and setting up formwork and props for floor beams.

Description: Residential construction in progress. This week, concrete beams were completed, and work continues on electromechanical canalization.

Las Catalinas Residence Lot 11
Description: Residential construction in progress. This week, concrete pouring, plastering, and mechanical canalization for the pool system were completed. The structure and gypsum ceiling cladding were installed, along with rain gutters, steel reinforcement, and concrete slab pouring for perimeter walls. Masonry blocks were placed in the machine rooms.
